Gilroy is Eurasian and his family hails from Gilroy, California. Passion for soccer and eagerness to see his motherland brought Gilroy to India at the age of 17 and he struck it big to be a soccer sensation, star attraction at Dempo Goa. The goan fans nicknamed Gilroy “ Paklo” , a goan terminology for Portugese.
Gilroy hung his soccer boots to pursue a professional career that commenced in 1991.

Gilroy spent his formative years with Xerox, investing over 8 years and handled various assignments from a Rookie, to a Global Account Manager, Key Account Business Manager and went on to head the Office Business Group as National Marketing Manager. At Xerox Gilroy with a never fail track record was nicknamed “The American Mercenary.”

Gilroy joined Scholastic India, heading the business function for the country and in the tenure was selected by its ASIA PAC HQ to undergo a MDP, conducted by Franklin Covey Institution, to earn the coveted Graduation Certification in 4 Roles Of Leadership, after completing; The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Gilroy says he is fortunate to be trained and guided by Steven Covey, the Guru himself

Post Scholastic, Gilroy has held senior management positions in companies like Bennett Coleman Company as Associate Vice President-Northern India, Radio Mirchi and India Today Group as Senior Vice President- Radio Today Broadcasting Ltd.

Gilroy prides himself to be the 'number guy' blessed with a thinking mind, a pragmatic thought process with high levels of spiritual quotient.

AVIJIT DUTT
Consulting Director and Chief of Creative Staff
Avijit started his structured advertising career in 1981 with Lintas Advertising. Avijit decided to put an end to his 9 years glorious stint in 1989 and resigned from Lintas as Creative Director. As the COO and Creative Director of IB&W he was actively involved with Central Government bodies, assisting in advertising communication and also creating their communication strategy. To name a few, Avijit has worked on NACO, Min of Consumer affairs, Min of Heath, Highway authority of India.

Avijit’s recognition and industry knowledge has got him to be an advisor for projects on Child Abuse with UNICEF and National Human Rights Commission. He is currently on the Resource Group-Committee of (NACO).

After investing valuable years at IB&W, Avijit chose to join Haier Mobiles India as Marcom Director (Asia Pacific). At Haier Mobiles India, Avijit has been instrumental for launching the brand, and maintain brand growth enabling market share.

Avijit lives with his family in New Delhi and besides being a creative genius, has a history of being a model school teacher, a theatre personality of repute, an award wining documentary filmmaker and human being who enjoys passion of free thought.

President, CEO and founder of AIS International, Inc, Broadway .New York
Doris is Honorary Director on Newton Consultancy PLC's Advisory Board. Doris brings to Newton 25 years of International experience. Doris is member of The Fashion Group International, The Accessories Council, Women in Communications, The National Association of Female Executives, and AICI: Association of Image Consultants International. Doris has offices in China, India and the US.

Doris Pooser holds a degree in Mathematics and is the Editor of “The Always in Style.” She is also a world renowned author of nine best-sellers world wide.

Doris is the founder and mentor of AIS Inc, based in New York, and has nurtured AIS Inc since its inception into one of the largest Personal Profiling and Data Warehouse firms in the US .

Doris made history by creating a Proprietary Personal Profile® software program. The online personal advisory and shopping tool available in the US, India and China provides advice and product recommendations for consumers based on their physical characteristics and individual needs. Executive Director,
Pari Jhaveri is the 2nd Honorary Director on Newton Consultancy Private Limited Company's Advisory Board.

Pari holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Masters in Social Development and Not for Profit Management from Mumbai.

After a long stint at Ogilvy & Mather, where Pari was instrumental in pioneering the domain of corporate participation in social issues, she remains the founding member of the Corporate Social Responsibility business practice at Ogilvy & Mather.

Amongst her numerous accomplishments are the Asia Pacific Brand Marketing Effectiveness, Dalton Pen, USA and PR Week Awards for her social marketing and brand differentiation campaigns with Ogilvy & Mather

Pari heads Third Sector Partners in India in the capacity of Executive Director and is Principle with Hunt Partners, the founding firm for Third Sector Partners. Hunt Partners specializes in CxO and Board searches for the corporate sector.
